BTEC

BTEC (Business & Technology Education Council) is a high–quality, career–focused qualification grounded in the real world of work.

BTEC courses focus on skills-based learning and are designed around themed units for business courses. Rather than testing everything at the end, BTEC learners are tested throughout the course using assessments based on real-life scenarios.

Its practical approach allows learners to develop and apply the knowledge, skills and behaviors that employers and universities are looking for. The courses offered are vocational and will give the learners opportunity to complete assignments and activities based on realistic situations linked to working in a variety of related environments.

BTEC is accredited by Pearson international-UK. The qualification is organized and awarded by Pearson within the BTEC brand and it is equivalent to A Levels.
